Are your products genuine?
Absolutely! All
of our products are manufactured by the name brand authorized manufacturers
(*Bayer, Merial, Novartis and Pfizer to name a few). They contain the
identical formula and ingredients as you would buy from your Vet. If you are
not satisfied, we will offer you a full refund. Our topical products are NOT
kits. They come in individually sealed monthly / dosage pipettes.
What about expiry?
Some of our
product range does not expire. However, in cases where the product does have
an expiry date, this will be clearly printed on the package. As our products
are brand new, the lead time is excellent until
product expiry comes into effect. This is standard practice.
Why are your
products prices so good? What's the catch?
There is no
catch. Our prices are very competitive since they are sourced from overseas.
Due to the value of our suppliers country of origins currency being lower
than the USD, our products have major export pricing advantages. We also
pack very economically to keep our shipping costs to a minimum. We here at
PetDermis, honestly have your pets best interests at heart too.
How long will
it take to receive my order?
Delivery occurs
typically between 10 and 14 days. At times (especially the summer season), we experience
unprecedented demand for our quality products, and in rare cases, delivery
can take up to three weeks, depending on order volumes. We ask for your
understanding and patience. Once you have received your first consignment
from PetDermis, it is easy to plan your next order for follow-on treatments.

What if I don't receive my order?
In the unlikely
event of non-delivery, we stand by our guarantee as mentioned in our
Shipping and Returns Policy. If you do not receive your order we will refund
you unconditionally the full amount. i.e. if your product does arrive and we
have already refunded you, we ask you to please call our local customer
service number and they will arrange for return shipping at our cost.
What secure
payment methods do you offer?
We currently
offer Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express though Authorize.net.
Due to popular demand and request, we will be integrating PayPal in the near
future. All transactions and personal information is secured by a
123bit Thawte SSL certificate. Pease also refer to our

regard to confidentiality and customer protection.
Do you offer
discounts?
Yes. We offer a
5% discount coupon code which is in your order email once you have placed
your first order. This coupon code never expires and can be used over and
over again. We feel very strongly about maintaining our customer base and
this encourages repeat business.
