Are your products genuine?
Yes! All of our
products are manufactured by well known registered trademarks. The products
are the same product that you might purchase from your local vet but at a
substantially reduced cost.
What about expiry?
Where the product
has an expiry date this will be clearly printed on the package. We only
source fresh products.
Why are your
products prices so good? What's the catch?
There is no
catch. We source the cheapest genuine products through our agents and
branches internationally and are able to take advantage of favorable pricing
policies and exchange rates.
How long will
it take to receive my order?
Delivery takes
place between 10 and 14 days from date of purchase. During peak seasons
(summer in the Northern Hemisphere) delivery can be delayed up to three
weeks depending on order volumes. In these rare instances we ask for your
patience and understanding.
What if I don't receive my order?
All of our
shipments are tracked. In the unlikely event that a shipment does not reach
its destination we will replace the order.
