Discount Pet Products will do its best to ensure that your personal
information and/or credit card details are protected as they travel over the
Internet. There is no 100% secure transmission of data given the current
state of Internet technology.
Pricing Policy
Discount Pet Products shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately
indicate prices and delivery charges. However, should products be
erroneously offered at incorrect prices and/or delivery charges, Discount
Pet Products will not be obliged to sell products at such incorrect prices
and/or delivery charges and shall be liable to refund monies paid should you
not wish to proceed with the purchase at the correct price and delivery
charge.
Shipping
All orders are sent by first class registered airmail with tracking.
Discount Pet Products shall endeavour to arrange despatch of an order within
two (2) days. You are required to ensure that you or an authorised person
shall be in attendance at the delivery address and that appropriate access
will be made available at the time of delivery. The person accepting
delivery shall be required to sign and/or print his or her name against a
delivery note to confirm receipt of the delivery.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with any item purchased from this website you may
return it to Discount Pet Products at your expense within a period of five
(5) days after delivery to you. We will only accept returns which are in a
re-saleable conditions.
Payment
Payments are due upon placing the order and shall be paid by secure
e-payments.
Stock Availability
If we are unable to supply each and every item ordered or in the quantities
ordered, you nevertheless agree to accept delivery and to make payment for
the items correctly delivered. If we are out of stock of any particular
item, we shall notify you immediately. In cases of urgent orders you are
requested to contact us to confirm stock is available.
Confirmation of Orders
By making use of this website you accept these terms and conditions.
Cancellation
No order may be cancelled if the products have already been despatched.
Where Discount Pet Products agrees to accept any cancellation there will be
a handling fee debit of 10% of the price which shall be payable forthwith to
us.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the products shall pass to you upon delivery of the product to the
courier service and/or postal system. Ownership in the goods shall remain
with Discount Pet Products until the full purchase price has been paid. |
